Pursuant to § 18 Abs. 2 MStV (Medienstaatsvertrag):
Small Ball Technologies GmbH operates in the field of consumer wellness and reproductive health optimization. Our products are classified as wellness devices and cosmetic preparations, not medical devices, which is an important distinction that our legal team has worked very hard to maintain.
Our products have not been evaluated by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte (BfArM), or any other medical regulatory body. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are intended to make your testicles smaller. Whether that constitutes "treatment" is a matter Jonathan's lawyers prefer not to discuss in writing.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Our email for consumer disputes: info@smallball.org
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board pursuant to the Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (VSBG).
Jonathan's position on disputes: "We don't do disputes. We do optimization. If you're unhappy, we'll make it right. If you're still unhappy after that, your HMI score is probably too high and you should consider upgrading to the Complete Protocol." This statement has not been approved by our legal department.

We would like to note that while Ball Theory is presented with scientific rigor and conviction, it remains a speculative hypothesis. The phrase "peer-reviewed" on our website refers to our internal review process involving two peers (Dr. Hoffmann and Prof. Manchauser) who reviewed each other's work. We acknowledge this is technically accurate but potentially misleading, which is why this disclosure exists in a font size that most people will not read.
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for the content of those pages.
The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. Continuous monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. Upon notification of violations, we will remove such links immediately.
